Your Information. You must provide updated information to any person to whom you claimed to be an exempt payee if you are no longer an exempt payee and anticipate receiving reportable payments in the future from this person. You agree that we and the Company can use your personal data in connection with the Card, and the e-money associated with the Card, to contact you about replacement Cards, and to enable us to review, develop, provide and improve our products and services. This may involve providing your personal data to our partners, affiliates, agents, distributors, suppliers and to Visa and its affiliates to operate this programme and for their statistical research and analytical purposes. Some of those parties may be outside of the EEA and in such circumstances, we shall ensure that the transfer of personal data shall be carried out in compliance with data protection laws. We may also disclose your personal data as required by law, regulation or any competent authority or agency to investigate possible fraudulent, unlawful or unauthorised activity. 19.4.
