Common use of Disclosure of Your Information Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Your Information. Subject to applicable law, Company and its Affiliates may, but shall not be required to, provide to you, a User, an insurance company and/or relevant authorities and/or regulatory agencies any information (including personal information (e.g., information obtained about you through any background check) and any Company Data) about you or any Transportation/Companionship/Assistance Services provided hereunder if: (a) there is a complaint, dispute or conflict, including an accident, between you and a User; (b) it is necessary to enforce the terms of this Agreement; (c) it is required, in Company’s or any Affiliate’s sole discretion, by applicable law or regulatory requirements (e.g., Company or its Affiliates receive a subpoena, warrant, or other legal process for information); (d) it is necessary, in Company’s or any Affiliate’s sole discretion.
