The parties agree that, if this agreement is terminated under clause 14, any party may disclose: (a) the fact that this agreement has been terminated, where such disclosure is required by the Listing Rules or is in the reasonable opinion of that party required to ensure that the market in its securities is properly informed; and (b) the fact that this agreement has been terminated to ASIC.
