Disclosure Regarding the Purchaser. The Purchaser shall, upon reasonable request, provide the Seller with such information and documentation concerning the Purchaser as may be reasonably necessary for the Seller to verify performance of and compliance with the representations, warranties, covenants and conditions of the Purchaser contained herein.
