Stores. The regular hours of work for Storekeepers shall consist of seven (7) hour tours of duty between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday inclusive with one (1) hour lunch periods between 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Stores. (a) No Loan Party is or may commit to or become legally obligated to open additional Stores where such commitment, obligation, or opening is prohibited by, or would result in a breach of, this Agreement.
(b) Except for in-transit Inventory, no tangible personal property of any Loan Party (beyond a de minimis amount of such property) is in the care or custody of any third party or stored or entrusted with a bailee or other third party other than as otherwise consented to in writing by the Administrative Agent.

Preamble With the exception of the matters set out below, all the terms and conditions of the Agreement and its Appendices apply to the full-time and part-time employees employed in the "B" (troubled) Stores located within the geographical scope of the Agreement. After one year service in the Stores Department, subject to satisfactory performance and on the recommendation of the Stores Manager, an employee will advance from Storeperson to 2nd Class Storeperson. After one year as a 2nd class Storeperson in the Stores Department, subject to satisfactory performance and on the recommendation of the Stores Manager, an employee will advance from 2nd Class Storeperson to 1st Class Storeperson. When an employee is promoted to a Job in a higher grade, he will be paid at the rate in the range of the new grade, which is closest to a 3% increase in the rate he was receiving in their prior classification. When an employee posts into a vacancy in the Customer Service Representative classification, that employee must have completed the wage progression stages of a General Clerk. If not, he will be placed in the progression steps of the General Clerk prior to moving to the Customer Service Representative wage progression. A General Clerk shall perform the following functions: collections follow-up, solicitors inquiries, collection phone calls and contract follow-up. These duties will be distributed equally on a rotating basis so that employees are fully trained on each function. Mail messengers wishing to post into the General Clerk position will enter the position at their current rate within the classification. All General Clerks in the Customer Services Department except Customer Service Representatives may be required to perform customer service duties not to exceed 30% of the regular years employment. An employee designated as a Trainee who does not make satisfactory progress in a category may have their advancement (i.e. rate increase) withheld for a period of six months. Should progression thereby be withheld, the Corporation shall notify the employee and give the reasons. The Corporation will make a re-evaluation within six months from the date at which progression was first withheld. If their progress is still not satisfactory, the Corporation shall have the right to dismiss them, assign them to other duties or hold them at their current rate. Stores. The annual vacation sign up for Utility persons will allow one (1) additional person to be on vacation during the week in which Christmas occurs.
