Disclosure Restrictions. The Contractor and its employees, agents, and subcontractors shall protect from unauthorized disclosure any CDPH PCI. The Contractor shall not disclose, except as otherwise specifically permitted by the agreement between Contractor and CDPH (including this Exhibit), any CDPH PCI to anyone other than CDPH personnel or programs without prior written authorization from the CDPH Program Contract Manager, except if disclosure is required by State or Federal law.
