STATE-FUNDED RESEARCH GRANTS. A. Grantee shall provide for free public access to any publication of a department-funded invention or department-funded technology. Xxxxxxx further agrees to all terms and conditions required by the California Taxpayer Access to Publicly Funded Research Act (Chapter 2.5 (commencing with Section 13989) of Part 4.5 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code).
