Disclosure Restrictions. GEC will not disclose Confidential Information except to the directors, officers, or employees of GEC having a need-to-know, or to agents of or contractors to GEC having a need-to-know who are also subject to a written obligation of confidentiality with respect to such information. When GEC is required by law or authorized by contractual commitments to release Confidential Information, Participating Manufacturer will, unless prohibited by law, be notified of the information provided.
