DISCLOSURE Supplier represents that it has disclosed, and will continue to disclose, any issue, element, factor, cause of action, claim or event incident to its Proposal or the technology upon which the PRODUCT, SERVICES or SYSTEM is based, which if disclosed would be likely to have a significant adverse impact upon Purchaser’s decision to accept such Proposal or the technology upon which the PRODUCT, SERVICES or SYSTEM is based.
