Common use of DISCLOSURE TO CORPORATION Clause in Contracts

DISCLOSURE TO CORPORATION. Executive shall promptly communicate and disclose to the Corporation all information, observations and data obtained by Executive in the course of Executive's employment. All written materials, records and documents made by Executive or coming into Executive's possession during the Term of Employment concerning any inventions, products, processes or equipment, manufactured, used, developed, investigated or considered by the Corporation or any Affiliated Companies shall be the property of the Corporation, and upon termination of the Term of Employment, or upon request of the Corporation during the Term of Employment, Executive shall promptly deliver the same to the Corporation. Executive agrees to render to the Corporation such reports of the activities of the business undertaken by Executive or conducted under Executive's direction during the Term of Employment as the Corporation may reasonably request.
