Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Agent and the Arranger; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies of the Facility; (ix) ranking of the Facility; (x) Termination Date for the Facility; (xi) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xi) above; and (xii) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the Company, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

(a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or Facilities and one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Agent, the Swingline Agent, the Issuing Agent and the ArrangerArrangers; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of Total Facility Commitments; (viii) currencies of the FacilityFacilities; (ix) ranking type of the FacilityFacilities; (x) Termination Date for the Facilityranking of Facilities; (xi) Final Maturity Date for Facilities; (xii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xi) above; and (xiixiii) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyParent, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or Facilities and one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixiii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company Parent and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or Facilities and one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or Facilities and one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

(b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Facility Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Facility Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) Clause 50 (Governing Law); (vi) the names of the Agent and the ArrangerMLABs; (vivii) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viiviii) amounts of, and names of, the Facilities (and any tranches); (ix) amount of Total Commitments; (viiix) currencies of the FacilityFacilities; (ixxi) type of Facilities; (xii) ranking of the FacilityFacilities; (xxiii) Termination Date for the FacilityFacilities; (xixiv) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xixiii) above; and (xiixv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the Company, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (ia)(i) to (xii) of paragraph (aa)(xv) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

(b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixiii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company Borrower and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Facility Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Facility Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) Clause 41 (Governing Law): (vi) the names name of the Agent and the ArrangerAgent; (vivii) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viiviii) amounts of, and names of, the Facilities (and any tranches): (ix) amount of Total Commitments; (viiix) currencies of the FacilityFacilities; (ixxi) type of Facilities; (xii) ranking of the FacilityFacilities; (xxiii) Termination Date for the FacilityFacilities; (xixiv) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xixiii) above; and (xiixv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyBorrower, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor The Borrower represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixv) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company Borrower and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) 30.3.1 Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the Company the following information: (ia) names name of Obligorsthe Company; (iib) country of domicile of Obligorsthe Company; (iiic) place of incorporation of Obligorsthe Company; (ivd) date of this Agreement; (ve) the names of the Facility Agent and the Arranger; (vif) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viig) amount of Total Commitments; (viiih) currencies of the Facility; (ixi) ranking type of the Facility; (xj) Termination ranking of Facility; (k) Final Maturity Date for the Facility; (xil) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (ia) to (xik) above; and (xiim) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the Company, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) 30.3.2 The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the Company by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor 30.3.3 The Company represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (ia) to (xiim) of paragraph (a) sub-clause 30.3.1 above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) 30.3.4 The Facility Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (ia) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Facility Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligorsthe Company; and (iib) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the Company by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Creditor Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Creditor Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Loan and/or one or more Obligors the Borrower and/or the Security Parties the following information: (i) names of Obligorsthe Borrower and the Security Parties; (ii) country of domicile of Obligorsthe Borrower and the Security Parties; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligorsthe Borrower and the Security Parties; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Agent and the ArrangerLead Arrangers; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount currency of Total Commitmentsthe Loan; (viii) currencies type of the Facilityfacility; (ix) ranking of the Facilityfacility; (x) Termination Date for the Facilityfinal Repayment Date; (xi) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xi) above; and (xii) such other information agreed between such Finance Creditor Party and the CompanyBorrower, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties parties to this Agreement acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Loan and/or one or more Obligors the Borrower and/or the Security Parties by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor The Borrower represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixiii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company Borrower, the Security Parties and the other Finance Creditor Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Loan and/or one or more Obligorsthe Borrower and/or the Security Parties; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Loan and/or one or more Obligors the Borrower and/or the Security Parties by such numbering service provider.

(b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (ia)(i) to (xii) of paragraph (aa)(xiii) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Facility Agent shall notify the Company each Obligor and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Facility Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

(b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor The relevant Borrower represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company relevant Borrower and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

(b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixiii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-price sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

(b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixiii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company Borrower and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

(a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors the following information: (i) names of Transaction Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Transaction Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation or formation of Transaction Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Agent and the ArrangerClause 45 (Governing Law); (vi) the name of the Facility Agent; (vii) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viiviii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies of the Facility; (ix) ranking currency of the Facility; (x) Termination Date for the type of Facility; (xi) ranking of Facility; (xii) Termination Date for Facility; (xiii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to sub-paragraphs (i) to (xixii) above; and (xiixiv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyObligors, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents represents, on behalf of itself and the other Transaction Obligors, that none of the information set out in sub-paragraphs (i) to (xiixiv) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

(a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors the following information: (i) names of Transaction Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Transaction Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Transaction Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) Clause 47 (Governing Law); (vi) the names of the Facility Agent and the Mandated Lead Arranger; (vivii) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viiviii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies of the Facility; (ix) ranking currency of the Facility; (x) Termination Date for the type of Facility; (xi) ranking of Facility; (xii) Termination Date; (xiii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to sub-paragraphs (i) to (xixii) above; and (xiixiv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyBorrowers, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents represents, on behalf of itself and the other Transaction Obligors, that none of the information set out in sub-paragraphs (i) to (xiixiv) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Facility Agent shall notify the Company Guarantor and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Facility Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Notwithstanding any other term of any Finance Document or any other agreement between the Parties to the contrary (whether express or implied) any Creditor Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Creditor Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors Security Parties the following information: (i) names of ObligorsSecurity Parties; (ii) country of domicile of ObligorsSecurity Parties; (iii) place of incorporation or formation (as the case may be) of ObligorsSecurity Parties; (iv) date and governing law of this Agreement; (v) the names name of the Agent and the ArrangerAgent; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of the Loan and the Total Commitments; (viii) currencies currency of the FacilityLoan; (ix) ranking type of the FacilityLoan; (x) Termination Date for the Facilityranking of Loan; (xi) final Repayment Date; (xii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xi) above; and (xiixiii) such other information agreed between such Finance Creditor Party and the CompanyBorrower, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Loan and/or one or more Obligors Security Parties by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor Security Party represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (ia) to (xiim) of paragraph (aClause 26.18(a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company Borrower and the other Finance Creditor Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more ObligorsSecurity Parties; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors Security Parties by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (aA) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Facility Agent and the ArrangerMandated Lead Arrangers; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies of the Facility; (ix) ranking type of the Facility; (x) ranking of Facility; (xi) Termination Date for the Facility; (xixii) governing law of this Agreement; (xiii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xixii) above; and (xiixiv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the Company, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (bB) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (cC) Each Obligor The Company represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixiv) of paragraph (aA) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (dD) The Facility Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Facility Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Agent Facility Agent, the Coordinators and the ArrangerArrangers; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies of the Facility; (ix) ranking type of the Facility; (x) Termination Date for the ranking of Facility; (xi) Final Maturity Date for Facility; (xii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xi) above; and (xiixiii) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the Company, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor The Company represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixiii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Creditor Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Creditor Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Loan and/or one or more Obligors the Borrowers and/or the Security Parties the following information: (i) names of Obligorsthe Borrowers and the Security Parties; (ii) country of domicile of Obligorsthe Borrowers and the Security Parties; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligorsthe Borrowers and the Security Parties; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Agent and the Arrangergoverning law; (vi) the name of the Facility Agent; (vii) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viiviii) amount of the Loan; (ix) amount of Total Commitments; (viiix) currencies currency of the Facility; (ix) ranking of the Facility; (x) Termination Date for the FacilityLoan; (xi) type of facility; (xii) ranking of facility; (xiii) final Repayment Date; (xiv) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xixiii) above; and (xiixv) such other information agreed between such Finance Creditor Party and the CompanyBorrowers, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services.; (b) The Parties the parties to this Agreement acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Loan and/or one or more Obligors the Borrowers and/or any Security Party by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider.; (c) Each Obligor represents the Borrowers represent that none of the information set out in paragraphs (ia)(i) to (xii) of paragraph (aa)(xv) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information.; and (d) The the Facility Agent shall notify the Company Borrowers and the other Finance Creditor Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Loan and/or one or more Obligorsthe Borrowers and/or the Security Parties; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Loan and/or one or more Obligors the Borrowers and/or the Security Parties by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Agent and the Arranger; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies of the Facility; (ix) ranking type of the Facility; (x) Termination Date for the ranking of Facility; (xi) Termination Date for Facility; (xii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (ia)(i) to (xia)(xi) above; and (xiixiii) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the Company, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor The Company represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (ia)(i) to (xii) of paragraph (aa)(xiii) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Facility Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Facility Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) 22.3.1 Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Loan and/or one or more Obligors Security Parties the following information: (ia) names of ObligorsSecurity Parties; (iib) country of domicile of ObligorsSecurity Parties; (iiic) place of incorporation of ObligorsSecurity Parties; (ivd) date of this Agreement; (ve) the names of the Agent and the ArrangerClause 23; (vif) the name of the Agent; (g) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viih) amount of Total Commitmentsthe Loan; (viiii) currencies of the FacilityLoan; (ixj) type of Loan; (k) ranking of the FacilityLoan; (xl) Termination Final Availability Date for the FacilityLoan; (xim) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (ia) to (xi) abovel); and (xiin) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the Companythat Security Party, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) 22.3.2 The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Loan and/or one or more Obligors Security Parties by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents 22.3.3 The Borrowers represent that none of the information set out in paragraphs (iClauses 22.3.1(a) to (xii22.3.1(n) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) 22.3.4 The Agent shall notify the Company Borrowers and the other Finance Parties of: (ia) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Loan and/or one or more ObligorsSecurity Parties; and (iib) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Loan and/or one or more Obligors Security Parties by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors the following information: (i) names of Transaction Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Transaction Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Transaction Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Agent and the ArrangerClause 47 (Governing Law); (vi) the name of the Facility Agent; (vii) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viiviii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies of the Facility; (ix) ranking currency of the Facility; (x) Termination Date for the type of Facility; (xi) ranking of Facility; (xii) Termination Date for Facility; (xiii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to sub-paragraphs (i) to (xixii) above; and (xiixiv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyBorrowers, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents represents, on behalf of itself and the other Transaction Obligors, that none of the information set out in sub-paragraphs (i) to (xiixiv) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Creditor Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Creditor Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Loan and/or one or more Obligors the Borrower and/or any Security Party the following information: (i) names of Obligorsthe Borrower and the Security Parties; (ii) country of domicile of Obligorsthe Borrower and the Security Parties; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligorsthe Borrower and the Security Parties; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) Clause 33 (Law and jurisdiction); (vi) the names of the Agent Agent, each Mandated Lead Arranger and the each Arranger; (vivii) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viiviii) amount of Total Commitments; (viiiix) currencies currency of the Facility; (ix) ranking of the FacilityLoan; (x) Termination Date for the Facilitytype of facility; (xi) ranking of Loan; (xii) Final Repayment Date; (xiii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to sub-paragraphs (i) to (xixii) above; and (xiixiv) such other information agreed between such Finance Creditor Party and the CompanyBorrower, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Loan and/or one or more Obligors the Borrower and/or any Security Party by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents The Borrower represents, on behalf of itself and each Security Party, that none of the information set out in sub-paragraphs (i) to (xiixiv) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company Borrower and the other Finance Creditor Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Loan and/or one or more Obligorsthe Borrower and/or any Security Party; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Loan and/or one or more Obligors the Borrower and/or any Security Party by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Agent and the Arranger; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies of the Facility; (ix) ranking type of the Facility; (x) Termination Date for the ranking of Facility; (xi) Termination Date for Facility; (xii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xi) above; and (xiixiii) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the Company, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor The Company represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixiii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors Loan Parties the following information: (i) names of ObligorsLoan Parties; (ii) country of domicile of ObligorsLoan Parties; (iii) place of incorporation of ObligorsLoan Parties; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) Clause 41 (Governing law); (vi) the names of the Agent and the ArrangerArrangers; (vivii) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viiviii) amounts of, and names of, the Facilities (and any tranches); (ix) amount of Total Commitments; (viiix) currencies of the FacilityFacilities; (ixxi) type of Facilities; (xii) ranking of the FacilityFacilities; (xxiii) Termination Date for the FacilityFacilities; (xixiv) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xixiii) above; and (xiixv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyBorrower, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors Loan Parties by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor Loan Party represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixv) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company Borrower and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more ObligorsLoan Parties; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors Loan Parties by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names name of the Agent and the Arranger; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies of the FacilityFacilities; (ix) ranking type of the FacilityFacilities; (x) Termination Date for the Facilityranking of Facilities; (xi) Maturity Date for the Facilities; (xii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xi) aboveabove (inclusive); and (xiixiii) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyVodafone, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of If requested, the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company Vodafone and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation or organization of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Agent and the ArrangerAdministrative Parties; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies of the Facility; (ix) ranking type of the Facility; (x) Termination Date for the ranking of Facility; (xi) Final Maturity Date; (xii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xi) above; and (xiixiii) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyBorrower, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The COFACE Agent shall notify the Company Borrower and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the COFACE Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Agent and the Arranger; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of Total CommitmentsStated Amounts; (viii) currencies of the Facility; (ix) ranking type of the Facility; (x) Termination Date for the ranking of Facility; (xi) Termination Date for Facility; (xii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xi) above; and (xiixiii) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyGuarantor, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixiii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company Guarantor and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party The Lender may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party the Lender to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the Company the following information: (i) names name of Obligorsthe Company; (ii) country of domicile of Obligorsthe Company; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligorsthe Company; (iv) date of this Agreementthe Signing Date; (v) the names of the Agent and the Arranger; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viivi) amount of Total Commitments; (viiivii) currencies of the Facility; (viii) type of Facility; (ix) ranking of the Facility; (x) Termination Final Maturity Date for the Facility; (xi) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (iclauses 32.3(a)(i) to (xi32.3(a)(xi) above; and (xii) such other information agreed between such Finance Party the Lender and the Company, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors Facility, the Company by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor The Company represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (iclauses 32.3(a)(i) to (xii) of paragraph (a32.3(a)(xii) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent Lender shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent Lender in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligorsthe Company; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors Facility, the Company by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (aA) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names name of the Agent and the ArrangerFacility Agent; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies of the Facility; (ix) ranking type of the Facility; (x) ranking of Facility; (xi) Termination Date for the Facility; (xixii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xi) above; and (xiixiii) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the Company, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (bB) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (cC) Each Obligor The Company represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixiii) of paragraph (aA) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (dD) The Facility Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Facility Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Facility Agent and the Arranger; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies of the Facility; (ix) ranking type of the Facility; (x) Termination Date for the ranking of Facility; (xi) Termination Date; (xii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to sub-paragraphs (i) to (xi) above; and (xiixiii) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the Company, to enable for the sole purpose of enabling such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in sub-paragraphs (i) to (xiixiii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Facility Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Facility Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors the Borrower the following information: (i) names name of Obligorsthe Borrower; (ii) country of domicile of Obligorsthe Borrower; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligorsthe Borrower; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Agent and the ArrangerMandated Lead Arrangers; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies of the FacilityFacilities; (ix) ranking type of the Facility;Facilities; 165 Project Meria: Senior Facilties Agreement (x) Termination Date for the Facilityranking of Facilities; (xi) Termination Date for Facilities; (xii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to sub-paragraphs (i) to (xi) above; and (xiixiii) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the Company, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors the Borrower by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor The Borrower represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-price sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligorsthe Borrower; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors the Borrower by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) clause 37 (Governing law) (vi) the names name of the Agent and the ArrangerAgent; (vivii) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viiviii) amounts of, and names of, the Facility (and any tranches); (ix) amount of Total Commitments; (viiix) currencies of the Facility; (ixxi) ranking type of the Facility; (xxii) Termination Date ranking of Facility; (xiii) the termination date for the Facility; (xixiv) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xixiii) above; and (xiixv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the Company, Borrower, (xvi) to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor The Borrower represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixv) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company Borrower and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the Borrower the following information: (i) names name of Obligorsthe Borrower; (ii) country of domicile of ObligorsBorrower; (iii) place of incorporation of ObligorsBorrower; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Agent and the Arranger; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies of the Facility; (ix) ranking type of the Facility; (x) Termination Date for the ranking of Facility; (xi) Final Maturity Date for Facility; (xii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xi) above; and (xiixiii) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyBorrower, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the Borrower by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor The Borrower represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixiii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company Borrower and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligorsthe Borrower; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the Borrower by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) Clause 52 (Governing Law); (vi) the names of the Agent and the Arranger; (vivii) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viiviii) amounts of, and names of, the Facilities (and any tranches); (ix) amount of Total Commitments; (viiix) currencies of the FacilityFacilities; (ixxi) type of Facilities; (xii) ranking of the FacilityFacilities; (xxiii) Termination Date for the FacilityFacilities; (xixiv) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to under paragraphs (i) to (xixiii) above; and (xiixv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyBorrower, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (ia)(i) to (xii) of paragraph (aa)(xv) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the Borrower the following information: (i) names name of ObligorsBorrower; (ii) country of domicile of ObligorsBorrower; (iii) place of incorporation of ObligorsBorrower; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Agent and the ArrangerMandated Lead Arrangers; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of Total Commitments; (vii) currency of the Facility; (viii) currencies type of the Facility; (ix) ranking of the Facility;; and (x) Termination Date for the Facility; (xi) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xi) above; and (xii) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the Company, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the Borrower by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor The Borrower represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiix) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, is unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) In the event: (i) of any amendment or restatement of this Agreement; (ii) of changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraph (a) above; or (iii) any Finance Party proposes to disclose to any numbering service provider any information other than the information referred to in paragraph (a) above, the Agent or (in the case of sub-paragraph (iii) above) the relevant Finance Party may request the Borrower to permit disclosure to any numbering service provider for the purposes referred to in paragraph (a) above of: (1) the date of such amendment or restatement; or (2) such changes or other information. The Borrower shall permit such disclosure if, in its reasonable opinion, such disclosure does not conflict with statutory rules of confidentiality applicable to the Borrower or its directors, including the rules of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz) relating to unpublished price-sensitive information and if it does permit such disclosure, the Borrower will be deemed to have represented that the respective information is not unpublished price-sensitive information. (e) The Agent shall notify the Company Borrower and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligorsthe Borrower; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the Borrower by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Facility Agent and the Arranger; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies of the Facility; (ix) type of Facility; (x) ranking of the Facility; (xxi) Termination Date for the FacilityDate; (xixii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to sub-paragraphs (i) to (xix) above; and (xiixiii) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the Company, to enable for the sole purpose of enabling such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in sub-paragraphs (i) to (xiixiii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Facility Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Facility Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Creditor Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Creditor Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Loan and/or one or more Obligors the Borrowers and/or the Security Parties the following information: (i) names of Obligorsthe Borrowers and the Security Parties; (ii) country of domicile of Obligorsthe Borrowers and the Security Parties; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligorsthe Borrowers and the Security Parties; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Agent and the Arrangergoverning law; (vi) the name of the Agent; (vii) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viiviii) amount of the Loan; (ix) amount of Total Commitments; (viiix) currencies currency of the Facility; (ix) ranking of the Facility; (x) Termination Date for the FacilityLoan; (xi) type of facility; (xii) ranking of facility; (xiii) final Repayment Date; (xiv) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xixiii) above; and (xiixv) such other information agreed between such Finance Creditor Party and the CompanyBorrowers, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties parties to this Agreement acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Loan and/or one or more Obligors the Borrowers and/or any Security Party by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents The Borrowers represent that none of the information set out in sub-paragraphs (i) to (xiixv) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company Borrowers and the other Finance Creditor Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Loan and/or one or more Obligorsthe Borrowers and/or the Security Parties; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Loan and/or one or more Obligors the Borrowers and/or the Security Parties by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors the following information: (i) names of Transaction Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Transaction Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Transaction Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) Clause 49 (Governing Law); (vi) the names of the Facility Agent and the Arranger; (vivii) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viiviii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies of the Facility; (ix) ranking currency of the Facility; (x) Termination Date for the type of Facility; (xi) ranking of Facility; (xii) Termination Date for Facility; (xiii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to sub-paragraphs (i) to (xixii) above; and (xiixiv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyBorrowers, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents represents, on behalf of itself and the other Transaction Obligors, that none of the information set out in sub-paragraphs (i) to (xiixiv) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Facility Agent shall notify the Company Guarantor and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Facility Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the Borrower the following information: (i) names name of ObligorsBorrower; (ii) country of domicile of ObligorsBorrower; (iii) place of incorporation of ObligorsBorrower; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Agent and the Mandated Lead Arranger; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of Total Commitments; (vii) currency of the Facility; (viii) currencies type of the Facility; (ix) ranking of the Facility;; and (x) Termination Date for the Facility; (xi) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xi) above; and (xii) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the Company, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the Borrower by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor The Borrower represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiix) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, is unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) In the event: (i) of any amendment or restatement of this Agreement; (ii) of changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraph (a) above; or (iii) any Finance Party proposes to disclose to any numbering service provider any information other than the information referred to in paragraph (a) above, the Agent or (in the case of sub-paragraph (iii) above) the relevant Finance Party may request the Borrower to permit disclosure to any numbering service provider for the purposes referred to in paragraph (a) above of: (1) the date of such amendment or restatement; or (2) such changes or other information. The Borrower shall permit such disclosure if, in its reasonable opinion, such disclosure does not conflict with statutory rules of confidentiality applicable to the Borrower or its directors, including the rules of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz) relating to unpublished price-sensitive information and if it does permit such disclosure, the Borrower will be deemed to have represented that the respective information is not unpublished price-sensitive information. (e) The Agent shall notify the Company Borrower and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligorsthe Borrower; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the Borrower by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) Clause 35 (Governing Law); (vi) the names of the Agent Intercreditor Agent, the Facility Agents and the ArrangerSecurity Agents; (vivii) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viiviii) amounts of, and names of, the Facilities (and any tranches); (ix) amount of Total Commitments; (viiix) currencies of the FacilityFacilities; (ixxi) type of Facilities; (xii) ranking of the FacilityFacilities; (xxiii) Termination Date for the FacilityFacilities; (xixiv) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xixiii) above; and (xiixv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the Company, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (ia)(i) to (xii) of paragraph (aa)(xv) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors the following information: (i) names of Transaction Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Transaction Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Transaction Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) Clause 46 (Governing Law); ​ (vi) the names of the Facility Agent and the Mandated Lead Arranger; (vivii) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viiviii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies of the Facility; (ix) ranking currency of the Facility; (x) type of Facility; (xi) ranking of Facility; (xii) Termination Date for the Facility; (xixiii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to sub-paragraphs (i) to (xixiii) above; and (xiixiv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyBorrower, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents represents, on behalf of itself and the other Transaction Obligors, that none of the information set out in sub-paragraphs (i) to (xiixiv) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Facility Agent shall notify the Company Guarantor and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Facility Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Notwithstanding any other term of any Finance Document or any other agreement between the Parties to the contrary (whether express or implied), any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this the Agreement; (v) governing law of the Agreement; (vi) names of the Agent and the ArrangerArrangers; (vivii) date of each amendment and restatement of this the Agreement; (viiviii) amounts of, and names of, the Facility (and any tranches); (ix) amount of Total Commitments; (viiix) currencies of the Facility; (ixxi) ranking type of the Facility; (xxii) ranking of Facility; (xiii) Termination Date for the Facility; ; (xixiv) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs sub-clauses (i) to (xixii) above; and and (xiixv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyUltimate Parent, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this the Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in sub-paragraphs (i) to (xiixiv) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company Ultimate Parent and the other Finance Parties of: : (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this the Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors the following information: (i) names of Transaction Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Transaction Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Transaction Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) Clause 46 (Governing Law); (vi) the names of the Facility Agent and the Mandated Lead Arranger; (vivii) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viiviii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies of the Facility; (ix) ranking currency of the Facility; (x) Termination Date for the type of Facility; (xi) ranking of Facility; (xii) Termination Date; (xiii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to sub-paragraphs (i) to (xixii) above; and (xiixiv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyBorrowers, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents represents, on behalf of itself and the other Transaction Obligors, that none of the information set out in sub-paragraphs (i) to (xiixiv) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Facility Agent shall notify the Company Guarantor and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Facility Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (aA) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Facility Agent and the ArrangerMandated Lead Arrangers; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies of the Facility; (ix) ranking type of the Facility; (x) ranking of Facility; (xi) Termination Date for the Facility; (xixii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xi) above; and (xiixiii) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the Company, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (bB) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (cC) Each Obligor The Company represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixiii) of paragraph (aA) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (dD) The Facility Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Facility Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors the following information: (i) names of Transaction Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Transaction Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Transaction Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) Clause 46 (Governing Law); (vi) the names of the Facility Agent and the Arranger; (vivii) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viiviii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies of the Facility; (ix) ranking currency of the Facility; (x) Termination Date for the type of Facility; (xi) ranking of Facility; (xii) Maturity Date for Facility; (xiii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to sub-paragraphs (i) to (xixii) above; and (xiixiv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyBorrowers, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents on behalf of itself and the other Transaction Obligors that none of the information set out in sub-paragraphs (i) to (xiixiv) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) Clause 43 (Governing law); (vi) the names of the Agent and the Arranger; (vivii) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viiviii) amounts of, and names of, the Facilities (and any tranches); (ix) amount of Total Commitments; (viiix) currencies of the a Facility; (ixxi) ranking type of the Facility; (xxii) ranking of Facility; (xiii) Termination Date for the Facility; (xixiv) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xixiii) above; and (xiixv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyBorrower, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixv) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company Borrower and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Agent and the Arranger; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies of the Facility; (ix) ranking type of the Facility; (x) Termination Date for the ranking of Facility; (xi) Termination Date for Facility; (xii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xi) above; and (xiixiii) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the Company, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixiii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Agent and the Arranger; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies currency of the Facility; (ix) ranking type of the Facility; (x) Termination Date for the ranking of Facility; (xi) termination date for Facility; (xii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xi) above; and (xiixiii) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyOriginal Guarantor, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixiii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company Original Guarantor and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Revolving Facility and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the governing law of this Agreement; (vi) the names of the Agent and the ArrangerArrangers; (vivii) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viiviii) amount of Total Commitments; (viiiix) currencies nature of the Facility; (ix) ranking of the Revolving Facility; (x) Termination Date for currencies of the Revolving Facility; (xi) ranking of the Revolving Facility; (xii) Termination Date for the Revolving Facility; (xiii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xixii) above; and (xiixiv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyParent, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Revolving Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company Parent and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Revolving Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Revolving Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Agent and the ArrangerCo-ordinators; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies of the Facility; (ix) ranking type of the Facility; (x) Termination Date for the ranking of Facility; (xi) Maturity Date for Facility; (xii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xi) above; and (xiixiii) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyParent, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor The Parent represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixiii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Facility Agent shall notify the Company Parent and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Facility Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Notwithstanding any other term of any Finance Document or any other agreement between the Parties to the contrary (whether express or implied) any Creditor Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Creditor Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors Security Parties the following information: (i) names of ObligorsSecurity Parties; (ii) country of domicile of ObligorsSecurity Parties; (iii) place of incorporation or formation (as the case may be) of ObligorsSecurity Parties; (iv) date and governing law of this Agreement; (v) the names name of the Agent and the ArrangerAgent; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of the Loan and the Total Commitments; (viii) currencies currency of the FacilityLoan; (ix) ranking type of the FacilityLoan; (x) Termination Date for the Facilityranking of Loan; (xi) final Repayment Date; (xii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xi) above; and (xiixiii) such other information agreed between such Finance Creditor Party and the CompanyBorrowers, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Loan and/or one or more Obligors Security Parties by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor Security Party represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (ia) to (xiim) of paragraph (aClause 26.18(a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company Borrowers and the other Finance Creditor Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more ObligorsSecurity Parties; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors Security Parties by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) Clause 35 (Governing law); (vi) the names of the Agent and the Arranger; (vivii) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viiviii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies of the Facility; (ix) ranking currency of the Facility; (x) type of Facility; (xi) ranking of Facility; (xii) Termination Date for the Facility; (xixiii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xixii) above; and (xiixiv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyBorrower, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor The Borrower represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixiv) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company Borrower and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party The Agent may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party the Agent to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Agent and the ArrangerAgent; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies of the Facility; (ix) ranking type of the Facility; (x) Termination Date for the ranking of Facility; (xi) Termination Date; (xii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to sub paragraphs (i) to (xi) above; and (xiixiii) such other information agreed between such Finance Party the Agent and the CompanyBorrower, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor The Borrower represents that none of the information set out in sub-paragraphs (ia)(i) to (xiia)(xiii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company Borrower and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) Clause 43 (Governing law); (vi) the names of the Agent and the Arranger; (vivii) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viiviii) amounts of, and names of, the Facilities (and any tranches); (ix) amount of Total Commitments; (viiix) currencies of the Facility; (ixxi) ranking type of the Facility; (xxii) ranking of Facility; (xiii) Termination Date for the Facility; (xixiv) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xixiii) above; and (xiixv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyBorrower, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors Obligor by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixv) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company Borrower and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more ObligorsObligor; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors Obligor by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) the names of Obligorsthe Obligors and Security Providers; (ii) the country of domicile of Obligorsthe Obligors and Security Providers; (iii) the place of incorporation of Obligorsthe Obligors and Security Providers; (iv) the date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Agent and the ArrangerClause 41 (Governing law); (vi) the name of the Agent and Security Agent; (vii) the date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viiviii) the amount of, and name of, the Facility; (ix) the amount of the Total Commitments; (viiix) the currencies of the Facility; (ixxi) the type of Facility; (xii) the ranking of the Facility; (xxiii) the Termination Date for the FacilityDate; (xixiv) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xixiii) above; and (xiixv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyBorrower, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixv) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Creditor Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Creditor Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors of the Borrowers and/or the Security Parties the following information: (i) names of Obligorsthe Borrowers and the Security Parties; (ii) country of domicile of Obligorsthe Borrowers and the Security Parties; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligorsthe Borrowers and the Security Parties; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Agent and the ArrangerLead Arrangers; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies of the FacilityFacilities; (ix) ranking type of the FacilityFacilities; (x) Termination Date for the Facilityranking of Facilities; (xi) the final Repayment Date; (xii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xi) above; and (xiixiii) such other information agreed between such Finance Creditor Party and the CompanyBorrowers, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties parties to this Agreement acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors of the Borrowers and/or the Security Parties by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor Borrower represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixiii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company Borrowers, the Security Parties and the other Finance Creditor Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement or the date of the 2023 Amendment and Restatement Agreement; (v) Clause ‎‎43 (Governing law); (vi) the names of the an Agent and the an Arranger; (vivii) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viiviii) amounts of, and names of, the Facilities (and any tranches); (ix) amount of Total Commitments; (viiix) currencies the Base Currency and the Optional Currencies of the FacilityFacilities; (ixxi) type of the Facilities; (xii) ranking of the FacilityFacilities; (xxiii) Termination Date for of the FacilityFacilities; (xixiv) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xixiii) above; and (xiixv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the Company, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor The Company represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (ia)(i) to (xii) of paragraph (axv) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Facility Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Facility Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Agent and the Arranger; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies of the Facility; (ix) ranking type of the Facility; (x) Termination Date for the ranking of Facility; (xi) Termination Date for Facility; (xii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i35.3(a)(i) to (xi35.3(a)(xi) above; and (xiixiii) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the Company, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor The Company represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i35.3(a)(i) to (xii) of paragraph (aa)(xiii) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Facility Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Facility Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the Borrower the following information: (i) names of ObligorsBorrower; (ii) country of domicile of ObligorsBorrower; (iii) place of incorporation of ObligorsBorrower; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Agent and the Arranger; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies currency of the Facility; (ix) ranking type of the Facility; (x) Termination Date for the ranking of Facility; (xi) Termination Date for Facility; (xii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (iclauses 37.3(a)(i) to (xi) above37.3(a)(xi); and (xiixiii) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyBorrower, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the Borrower by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor The Borrower represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (iclauses 37.3(a)(i) to (xii37.3(a)(xiii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company Borrower and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligorsthe Borrower; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors and/the Borrower by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) Clause 39 (Governing law); (vi) the names of the Mezzanine Agent and the Arranger; (vivii) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viiviii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies of the Facility; (ix) ranking currency of the Facility; (x) Termination Date for the type of Facility; (xi) ranking of Facility; (xii) Termination Date for Facility; (xiii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xixii) above; and (xiixiv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyBorrower, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (ia)(i) to (xii) of paragraph (axiv) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Mezzanine Agent shall notify the Company Borrower and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Mezzanine Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) Clause 50 (Governing Law); (vi) the names of the Agent and the ArrangerMLABs; (vivii) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viiviii) amounts of, and names of, the Facilities (and any tranches); (ix) amount of Total Commitments; (viiix) currencies of the FacilityFacilities; (ixxi) type of Facilities; (xii) ranking of the FacilityFacilities; (xxiii) Termination Date for the FacilityFacilities; (xixiv) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xixiii) above; andand 0081727-0000042 SN:12155633.21 194 (xiixv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the Company, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (ia)(i) to (xii) of paragraph (aa)(xv) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

(b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors the following information: (i) names of Transaction Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Transaction Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Transaction Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) Clause 37 (Governing Law); (vi) the names of the Agent and the ArrangerAdministrative Parties; (vivii) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viiviii) amounts of, and names of, the Facility; (ix) amount of Total Commitments; (viiix) currencies currency of the Facility; (ixxi) ranking type of the Facility; (xxii) Termination ranking of Facility; (xiii) Final Maturity Date for the Facility; (xixiv) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xixiii) above; and (xiixv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyBorrower, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor The Borrower represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (ia)(i) to (xii) of paragraph (aa)(xv) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company Borrower and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Agent and the ArrangerCoordinator; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies of the FacilityFacilities; (ix) ranking type of the FacilityFacilities; (x) Termination Date for ranking of the FacilityFacilities; (xi) Termination Date; (xii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xi) above; and (xiixiii) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the Company, Parent, (xiv) to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixiii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company Parent and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the Borrower by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor The Borrower represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (ia)(i) to (xii) of paragraph (aa)(xv) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company Borrower and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligorsthe Borrower; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the Borrower by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (aA) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i1) names of Obligors; (ii2) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii3) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv4) date of this Agreement; (v5) Clause 45 (Governing law); (6) the names of the Agent and the ArrangerMandated Lead Arrangers; (vi7) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii8) amounts of, and names of, the Facility (and any tranches); (9) amount of Total Commitments; (viii10) currencies of the Facility; (ix11) ranking type of the Facility; (x12) ranking of Facility; (13) Termination Date for the Facility; (xi14) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i1) to (xi13) above; and (xii15) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the Company, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (bB) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (dC) The Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i1) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii2) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Creditor Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Creditor Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Loan and/or one or more Obligors the Borrowers and/or the Security Parties the following information: (i) names of Obligorsthe Borrowers and the Security Parties; (ii) country of domicile of Obligorsthe Borrowers and the Security Parties; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligorsthe Borrowers and the Security Parties; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) governing law; (vi) the names of the Agent and the each Mandated Lead Arranger; (vivii) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viiviii) amount of the Loan; (ix) amount of Total Commitments; (viiix) currencies currency of the Facility; (ix) ranking of the Facility; (x) Termination Date for the FacilityLoan; (xi) type of facility; (xii) ranking of facility; (xiii) final Repayment Date; (xiv) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xixiii) above; and (xiixv) such other information agreed between such Finance Creditor Party and the CompanyBorrowers, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties parties to this Agreement acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Loan and/or one or more Obligors the Borrowers and/or any Security Party by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents The Borrowers represent that none of the information set out in paragraphs (ia)(i) to (xii) of paragraph (aa)(xv) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company Borrowers and the other Finance Creditor Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Loan and/or one or more Obligorsthe Borrowers and/or the Security Parties; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Loan and/or one or more Obligors the Borrowers and/or the Security Parties by such numbering service provider.

(b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor The Company represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xii) of xiii)of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

(a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) Clause 40 (Governing Law); (vi) the names of the Agent and the ArrangerAdministrative Parties; (vivii) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viiviii) amounts of, and name of, the Facility (and any tranches); (ix) amount of Total Commitments; (viiix) currencies of the Facility; (ixxi) ranking type of the Facility; (xxii) Termination ranking of Facility; (xiii) Final Repayment Date for the Facility; (xixiv) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xixiii) above; and (xiixv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the Company, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor The Company represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (ia)(i) to (xii) of paragraph (aa)(xv) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may may, subject (where applicable) to the provisions of article L. 511-33 of the French Code monétaire et financier and without prejudice to such Finance Party’s legal obligations, disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Agent and the Arranger; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies of the Facility; (ix) ranking type of the Facility; (x) Termination Date for the ranking of Facility; (xi) Termination Date for Facility; (xii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xi) above; and (xiixiii) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the Company, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixiii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the Company the following information: (i) names name of Obligorsthe Company; (ii) Company's country of domicile and place of Obligorsincorporation; (iii) place date of incorporation of Obligorsthis Agreement and the first Utilisation Date; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Agent and the Arranger; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viiv) identity of the Administrative Parties; (vi) amount of Total CommitmentsCommitments and currency of the Facility; (vii) type of syndication; (viii) currencies ranking of the Facility; (ix) ranking purpose of the Facility; (x) Termination Date for the FacilityFinal Maturity Date; (xi) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xi) above; and (xii) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the Company, ; to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the Company by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider.. 0040772-0000066 BT:1030359.12 71 (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Facility Agent shall must notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Facility Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligorsthe Company; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the Company by such numbering service provider.

(a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) Clause 39 (Governing law); (vi) the names of the Agent and the Arranger; (vivii) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viiviii) amounts of, and names of, the Facility (and any tranches); (ix) amount of Total Commitments; (viiix) currencies of the Facility; (ixxi) ranking type of the Facility; (xxii) ranking of Facility; (xiii) Termination Date for the Facility; (xixiv) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xixiii) above; and (xiixv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyBorrower, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixv) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company Borrower and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors of the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this AgreementSignature Date; (v) clause 43 (Governing law); (vi) the names of the Facility Agent and the Arranger; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of Commitments or Total Commitments; (viii) currencies currency of the FacilityFacilities; (ix) ranking type of the FacilityFacilities; (x) Termination Date for the Facilityranking of Facilities; (xi) Final Maturity Dates; (xii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (iclauses 36.3(a)(i) to (xi) above36.3(a)(xi); and (xiixiii) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyObligors' Agent, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (iclauses 36.3(a)(i) to (xii36.3(a)(xiii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will it at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Facility Agent shall notify the Company Obligors' Agent and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Facility Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service services provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may may, without prejudice to the provisions of article L.511-33 of the French Code monétaire et financier, disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the Borrower the following information: (i) names name of Obligorsthe Borrower ; (ii) country of domicile of Obligorsthe Borrower ; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligorsthe Borrower ; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) Clause 38 (Governing law); (vi) the names of the Agent, the Security Agent and the ArrangerArrangers; (vivii) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viiviii) amount of the Total Commitments; (viiiix) currencies currency of the Facility; (ixx) type of the Facility; (xi) ranking of the Facility; (xxii) Termination Date for the Facility; (xixiii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xixii) above; and (xiixiv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyBorrower, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the Borrower by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor The Borrower represents that to the best of its knowledge and belief none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixii)(xiv) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent A Finance Party may only appoint a numbering service provider from the list of providers set out in Schedule 6 (List of approved numbering service providers) or any successors in title or transferee of the numbering service provision business of such a person (each, an “Approved Numbering Service Provider”). (e) If a Finance Party wishes to appoint any numbering service provider which is not an Approved Numbering Service Provider, it shall notify the Company Agent of such wish and the other Finance Parties of:Agent shall then notify the Borrower thereof. (if) The consent of the name Borrower is required to the appointment of any numbering service provider appointed by which is not an Approved Numbering Service Provider, provided the Agent in respect consent of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one Borrower shall not be unreasonably withheld or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service providerdelayed following notification.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Facility Agent and the Arranger; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies currency of the Facility; (ix) type of Facility; (x) ranking of the Facility; (xxi) Termination Final Maturity Date for the Facility; (xixii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs subparagraphs (i) to (xi) above; and (xiixiii) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the Company, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor The Company represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (ia)(i) to (xii) of paragraph (axiii) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the Company the following information: (i) the names of the Obligors; (ii) the country of domicile of the Obligors; (iii) the place of incorporation of the Obligors; (iv) the date of this Agreement; (v) the governing law of this Agreement; (vi) the names of the Facility Agent and the Arranger; (vivii) date the amount and name of each amendment the Facility (and restatement of this Agreementany tranches); (viiviii) the amount of the Total Commitments; (viii) currencies of the Facility; (ix) ranking the currency of the Facility; (x) the type of the Facility; (xi) the ranking of the Facility; (xii) the Termination Date for the Facility; (xixiii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xixii) above; and (xiixiv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the Company, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor The Company represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixiv) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, is unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (ia)(i) to (xii) of paragraph (axv) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company Borrower and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) clause 41 (Governing Law); (vi) the names of the Agent and the ArrangerArrangers; (vivii) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viiviii) amount of, and name of, the Facility; (ix) amount of Total Commitments; (viiix) currencies of the Facility; (ixxi) ranking type of the Facility; (xxii) ranking of Facility; (xiii) Termination Date for the Facility; (xixiv) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xixiii) above; and (xiixv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyParent, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixv) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors the following information: (i) names of Transaction Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Transaction Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Transaction Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Agent and the ArrangerClause 45 (Governing Law); (vi) the name of the Facility Agent; (vii) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viiviii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies of the Facility; (ix) ranking currency of the Facility; (x) Termination Date for the type of Facility; (xi) ranking of Facility; (xii) Termination Date for Facility; (xiii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to sub-paragraphs (i) to (xixii) above; and (xiixiv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyBorrowers, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents represents, on behalf of itself and the other Transaction Obligors, that none of the information set out in sub-paragraphs (i) to (xiixiv) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Facility Agent shall notify the Company Guarantor and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Facility Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Agent and the ArrangerMandated Lead Arrangers; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies of the Facility; (ix) ranking type of the Facility; (x) Termination Date for the ranking of Facility; (xi) Termination Date; (xii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant referred to in paragraphs (i) to (xi) above; and (xiixiii) such any other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyBorrower, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company Borrower and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of ObligorsObligors and BHL; (ii) country of domicile of ObligorsObligors and BHL; (iii) place of incorporation of ObligorsObligors and BHL; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) Clause 43 (Governing law); (vi) the names of the Agent and the Arranger; (vivii) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viiviii) amounts of, and names of, the Facilities (and any tranches); (ix) amount of Total Commitments; (viiix) currencies of the a Facility; (ixxi) ranking type of the Facility; (xxii) ranking of Facility; (xiii) Termination Date for the Facility; (xixiv) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xixiii) above; and (xiixv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyBorrower, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors and BHL by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixv) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company Borrower and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more ObligorsObligors and BHL; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors and BHL by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Agent and the Arranger; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies currency of the Facility; (ix) ranking type of the Facility; (x) Termination Date for the ranking of Facility; (xi) Termination Date for Facility; (xii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xi) above; and (xiixiii) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyBorrower, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixiii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company Borrower and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreementagreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Group Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Group Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Group Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreementagreement; (v) the names of the Facility Agent and the ArrangerArrangers; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreementagreement; (vii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies currency of the Facility; (ix) ranking type of the Facility; (x) Termination Date for the ranking of Facility; (xi) Termination Date for Facility; (xii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xi) (inclusive) above; and (xiixiii) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyParent, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreementagreement, the Facility and/or one or more Group Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor The Account Party represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixiii) (inclusive) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Facility Agent shall notify the Company Parent and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Facility Agent in respect of this Agreementagreement, the Facility and/or one or more Group Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreementagreement, the Facility and/or one or more Group Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors the following information: (i) names of Transaction Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Transaction Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Transaction Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) Clause 50 (Governing Law); (vi) the names of the Facility Agent and the Arranger; (vivii) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viiviii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies of the Facility; (ix) ranking currency of the Facility; (x) Termination Date for the type of Facility; (xi) ranking of Facility; (xii) Termination Date for Facility; (xiii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to sub-paragraphs (i) to (xixii) above; and (xiixiv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyBorrowers, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents represents, on behalf of itself and the other Transaction Obligors, that none of the information set out in sub-paragraphs (i) to (xiixiv) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Facility Agent shall notify the Company Guarantor and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Facility Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Agent and the Arranger; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies of the FacilityFacilities; (ix) ranking type of the FacilityFacilities; (x) Termination Date for the Facilityranking of Facilities; (xi) Termination Date for Facilities; (xii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xi) above; and (xiixiii) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the Company, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixiii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors the following information: (i) names of Transaction Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Transaction Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Transaction Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Facility Agent and the Arranger; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies currency of the Facility; (ix) ranking type of the Facility; (x) Termination Date for the ranking of Facility; (xi) Maturity Date for Facility; (xii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to sub-paragraphs (i) to (xi) above; and (xiixiii) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyBorrower, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor The Borrower represents that none of the information set out in sub-paragraphs (i) to (xiixiii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Facility Agent shall notify the Company relevant Transaction Obligor and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Facility Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Transaction Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Agent and the ArrangerArrangers; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies of the FacilityFacilities; (ix) ranking type of the FacilityFacilities; (x) Termination Date for the Facilityranking of Facilities; (xi) Termination Date for Facilities; (xii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xi) above; and (xiixiii) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyParent, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixiii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company Parent and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors the Borrower the following information: (i) names name of Obligorsthe Borrower; (ii) country of domicile of Obligorsthe Borrower; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligorsthe Borrower; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Agent and the ArrangerClause 36 (Governing Law); (vi) the names of any Administrative Party; (vii) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viiviii) amounts of, and names of, the Facilities (and any tranches); (ix) amount of Total Commitments; (viiix) currencies of the Facility; (ix) ranking of the Facility; (x) Termination Date for the FacilityFacilities; (xi) type of Facilities; (xii) ranking of Facilities; (xiii) Final Repayment Date for the Facilities; (xiv) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xixiii) above; and (xiixv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyBorrower, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors the Borrower by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor The Borrower represents that none of the information set out in sub-paragraphs (ia)(i) to (xii) of paragraph (aa)(xiii) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company Borrower and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Facilities Agent and the ArrangerArrangers; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies of the FacilityFacilities; (ix) ranking type of the FacilityFacilities; (x) Termination Date for the Facilityranking of Facilities; (xi) governing law of the Facilities; (xii) Termination Date for Facilities; (xiii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xixii) above; and (xiixiv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the Company, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor The Company represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixiv) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Facilities Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Facilities Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

(b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor The Company represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixiii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) the names of the Obligors; (ii) the country of domicile of the Obligors; (iii) place the jurisdiction of incorporation of the Obligors; (iv) the date of this Agreement; (v) the names of the Agent and the ArrangerArrangers; (vi) the date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) the total amount of Total Commitmentsthe Commitments in relation to the Facility; (viii) currencies the currency of the Facility; (ix) ranking the type, name and amount of the Facility; (x) Termination Date for the ranking of the Facility; (xi) the Termination Date; (xii) the governing law of this Agreement; (xiii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xixii) above; above and (xiixiv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the Company, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facility, the Shareholder and/or one or more Obligors the Borrower and/or the Senior Borrower the following information: (i) names of Obligorsthe Shareholder, Borrower and the Senior Borrower; (ii) country of domicile of Obligorsthe Shareholder, Borrower and the Senior Borrower; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligorsthe Shareholder, Borrower and the Senior Borrower; (iv) date of this Agreementthe Facility Agreement Date; (v) the names of the Agent and the ArrangerFinance Parties; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreementthe Finance Documents; (vii) amount of the Total Commitments; (viii) currencies currency of the Facility; (ix) ranking type of the Facility; (x) Termination Date for the ranking of Facility; (xi) the Final Maturity Date; (xii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xi) (inclusive) above; and (xiixiii) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyBorrower, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one the Borrower, the Shareholder or more Obligors the Senior Borrower by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor The Borrower represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixiii) (inclusive) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties Borrower of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligorsthe Borrower and/or the Shareholder and/or the Senior Borrower; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the Borrower and/or the Shareholder and/or the Senior Borrower by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) the names name of the Agent and the ArrangerFacility Agent; (vi) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (vii) amount of Total Commitments; (viii) currencies of the FacilityFacilities; (ix) ranking type of the FacilityFacilities; (x) Termination Date for the Facilityranking of Facilities; (xi) Termination Date for Facilities; (xii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xi) above; and (xiixiii) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the Company, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed 63140965_9 to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xii) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Facility Agent shall notify the Company and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Facility Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility Facilities and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors Borrowers the following information: (i) names of ObligorsBorrowers; (ii) country of domicile of ObligorsBorrowers; (iii) place of incorporation of ObligorsBorrowers; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) Clause 33 (Governing law); (vi) the names of the Agent and the ArrangerAgent; (vivii) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viiviii) amounts of, and names of, the Facility (and any tranches); (ix) amount of Total Commitments; (viiix) currencies of the Facility; (ixxi) ranking type of the Facility; (xxii) ranking of Facility; (xiii) Termination Date for the Facility; (xixiv) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xixiii) above; and (xiixv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyBorrowers, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors Borrowers by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor Borrower represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixv) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company Borrowers and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more ObligorsBorrowers; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors Borrowers by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors the following information: (i) names of Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) clause 49 (Governing law); (vi) the names of the Agent and the Arranger; (vivii) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viiviii) amount of the Facility; (ix) amount of Total Commitments; (viiix) currencies currency of the Facility; (ixxi) type of Facility; (xii) ranking of Facility; (xiii) the term of the Facility; (x) Termination Date for the Facility; (xixiv) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xixiii) above; and (xiixv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the CompanyBorrower, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (i) to (xiixiv) of paragraph (a) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company Borrower and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. (c) Each Obligor represents that none of the information set out in paragraphs (ia)(i) to (xii) of paragraph (axv) above is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. (d) The Agent shall notify the Company Borrower and the other Finance Parties of: (i) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors; and (ii) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Facility and/or one or more Obligors by such numbering service provider.
