Disclosure to numbering service providers. 22.3.1 Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Loan and/or one or more Security Parties the following information: (a) names of Security Parties; (b) country of domicile of Security Parties; (c) place of incorporation of Security Parties; (d) date of this Agreement; (e) Clause 23; (f) the names of the Agent and the MLAs; (g) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (h) amount of the Loan; (i) currencies of the Loan; (j) type of Loan; (k) ranking of the Loan; (l) Commitment Termination Date for the Loan; (m) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to (a) to (l); and (n) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and that Security Party, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. 22.3.2 The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Loan and/or one or more Security Parties by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. 22.3.3 The Borrower represents that none of the information set out in Clauses 22.3.1(a) to 22.3.1(n) is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. 22.3.4 The Agent shall notify the Borrower and the other Finance Parties of: (a) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Loan and/or one or more Security Parties; and (b) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Loan and/or one or more Security Parties by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. 22.3.1 Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Loan and/or one or more Security Parties the following information: (a) names of Security Parties; (b) country of domicile of Security Parties; (c) place of incorporation of Security Parties; (d) date of this Agreement; (e) Clause 23; (f) the names of the Agent Agent, the Bookrunner and the MLAs; (g) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (h) amount of the Loan; (i) currencies of the Loan; (j) type of Loan; (k) ranking of the Loan; (l) Commitment Termination Final Availability Date for the Loan; (m) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to (a) to (l); and (n) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and that Security Party, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. 22.3.2 The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Loan and/or one or more Security Parties by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. 22.3.3 The Borrower represents that none of the information set out in Clauses 22.3.1(a) to 22.3.1(n) is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. 22.3.4 The Agent shall notify the Borrower and the other Finance Parties of: (a) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Loan and/or one or more Security Parties; and (b) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Loan and/or one or more Security Parties by such numbering service provider.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. 22.3.1 36.3.1 Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Loan and/or one or more Security Parties the following information: (a) names of Security Parties; (b) country of domicile of Security Parties; (c) place of incorporation of Security Parties; (d) date of this Agreement; (e) Clause 2340 (Governing law); (f) the names of the Agent and the MLAsArranger; (g) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (h) amount of the LoanTotal Commitments; (i) currencies of the Loan; (j) type of Loan; (k) ranking of the Loan; (l) Commitment Termination Date for the LoanDate; (m) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to (a) to (lI); and (n) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and that Security Party, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services. 22.3.2 36.3.2 The Parties acknowledge and agree that each identification number assigned to this Agreement, the Loan and/or one or more Security Parties by a numbering service provider and the information associated with each such number may be disclosed to users of its services in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of that numbering service provider. 22.3.3 The 36.3.3 Each Borrower represents that none of the information set out in Clauses 22.3.1(a36.3.1(a) to 22.3.1(n36.3.1(n) is, nor will at any time be, unpublished price-sensitive information. 22.3.4 36.3.4 The Agent shall notify the Borrower Borrowers and the other Finance Parties of: (a) the name of any numbering service provider appointed by the Agent in respect of this Agreement, the Loan and/or one or more Security Parties; and (b) the number or, as the case may be, numbers assigned to this Agreement, the Loan and/or one or more Security Parties by such numbering service provider.
