Common use of Disclosure to numbering service providers Clause in Contracts

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Party to provide identification numbering services ​ in respect of this Agreement, the Facility and/or the Company the following information: (i) the names of the Obligors; (ii) the country of domicile of the Obligors; (iii) the place of incorporation of the Obligors; (iv) the date of this Agreement; (v) the governing law of this Agreement; (vi) the names of the Facility Agent and the Arrangers; (vii) the date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viii) the amount and name of the Facility (and any tranches); (ix) the amount of the Total Commitments; (x) the currency of the Facility; (xi) the type of the Facility; (xii) the ranking of the Facility; (xiii) the Termination Date for the Facility; (xiv) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to paragraphs (i) to (xiii) above; and (xv) such other information agreed between such Finance Party and the Company, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services.

Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Finance Creditor Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Finance Creditor Party to provide identification numbering services ​ in respect of this Agreement, the Facility Loan and/or the Company Borrower and/or any Security Party the following information: (i) the names of the ObligorsBorrower and the Security Parties; (ii) the country of domicile of the ObligorsBorrower and the Security Parties; (iii) the place of incorporation of the ObligorsBorrower and the Security Parties; (iv) the date of this Agreement; (v) the governing law of this AgreementClause 33 (Law and jurisdiction); (vi) the names of the Facility Agent and the ArrangersMandated Lead Arranger; (vii) the date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viii) the amount and name of the Facility (and any tranches)Total Commitments; (ix) the amount currency of the Total CommitmentsLoan; (x) the currency type of the Facilityfacility; (xi) the type ranking of the FacilityLoan; (xii) the ranking of the FacilityFinal Repayment Date; (xiii) the Termination Date for the Facility; (xiv) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to sub-paragraphs (i) to (xiiixii) above; and (xvxiv) such other information agreed between such Finance Creditor Party and the CompanyBorrower, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services.
