Disclosure to potential transferees of Shares. The Shareholders may disclose information relating to the Group (including this Agreement) to any Person to whom the relevant Shareholder considers or proposes to transfer its Shares in the Company to or as otherwise may be reasonably required in accordance with this Agreement, provided that before any information is disclosed the recipient enters into an appropriate confidentiality undertaking.
