Disclosure to Prospective Investors. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Veracyte may disclose Confidential Information, including the terms of this Agreement, to current and prospective investors in Veracyte, provided any such recipients are bound by confidentiality and non-use provisions no less restrictive than those contained in this Section 7.
