Common use of Disclosure to Subcontractors or Agents Clause in Contracts

Disclosure to Subcontractors or Agents. The Insurer agrees to enter into a subcontract with any person, including a subcontractor or agent, to whom it provides Protected Health Information received from, or created or received by the Insurer on behalf of, the FHKC. Such subcontract shall contain the same terms, conditions, and restrictions that apply to the Insurer with respect to Protected Health Information.
