Common use of Disclosures and Patent Applications Clause in Contracts

Disclosures and Patent Applications. RECIPIENT shall notify INSTITUTE of each Institute-Funded Invention by delivering to INSTITUTE a copy of the invention disclosure within thirty (30) days after RECIPIENT receives or generates it. In the event that a patent application is filed on the invention disclosure, RECIPIENT shall provide the INSTITUTE with a complete copy of such patent application and associated filing documents within (30) days of its filing.
