Common use of Disconnection by the Distributor Clause in Contracts

Disconnection by the Distributor. The Trader will, subject to clause 29.1, ensure that its Customer Agreements require that, subject to clauses S6.14 to S6.16, the Distributor may perform a Temporary Disconnection in relation to a Customer’s ICP in the following circumstances:
