Disconnections for restrictions. of sewerage services and water services for other reasons 10.5.1. we suspect on reasonable grounds that you have committed an offence relating to safety in respect of our Infrastructure or an offence relating to illegal use of our Infrastructure; or 10.5.2. we suspect on reasonable grounds that you, without our authority, are taking or diverting, or have taken or diverted, water or sewage from our infrastructure; or 10.5.3. we are satisfied on reasonable grounds that you have engaged in conduct that has interfered with the supply of services to other customers or have jeopardised the safety of our infrastructure; or 10.5.4. you have requested or agreed to the disconnection or restriction.
