Common use of Discontinuance by Carrier Clause in Contracts

Discontinuance by Carrier. a) If Carrier terminates this Agreement prior to the Cutover Date, Carrier shall pay Xxxx Atlantic the sum of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) per discontinued service for each affected LATA.
