Discontinuation of all Products in Individual Market. We may discontinue this Contract if we elect to discontinue all contracts issued by us in the individual market in this state. In such case, we will provide notice to the Office of Insurance Regulation and each Contractholder at least 180 days prior to the date of non-renewal.
