Premium Payment Due Date. Your first Premium payment is due before the effective date of this Contract. All subsequent Premium payments are payable in advance, or within the Grace Period described below. Failure on our part, for any reason, to provide you with a notice of payment due does not justify your non-payment of Premiums. It is your sole responsibility to submit the monthly Premium by the Premium due date or within the Grace Period.

Premium Payment Due Date. The first Premium payment is due before the Effective Date of this Contract. For applications received on or before the 15th calendar day of the month, the initial Premium payment must be received, in full, by the last calendar day of the month of application, in order for the contract effective date to be the first calendar day of the following month. For applications received after the 15th calendar day of the month, the initial Premium payment must be received, in full, by the last calendar day of the month following the month of application, in order for the Contract Effective Date to be the first calendar day of the second month following the month of application. In the event that the initial Premium payment is dishonored, your coverage will not be effective and we will not enroll you in coverage. Each recurring monthly Premium payment, following the initial Premium payment, is due in full on or before the due date as stated on your monthly bill.
