Upon xxx expiration or termination of this Agrexxxxt, Licensee will cease and desist from all use of the Mark in any manner and will not adopt or use, without Lxxxxsor's prior written consent, any word or mark which is confusingly or deceptively similar to the Mark, xxcept that Licensee may continue to use the Mark unxxx the terms and conditions of this Agreement in xonnection with any remaining supplies of the Manapol[R] product or products purchased by Licensee from EI until such supplies are exhausted.
