Common use of Discontinuing Use of Qualifying Links Clause in Contracts

Discontinuing Use of Qualifying Links. You may at any time discontinue use of qualifying links by removing such qualifying links from Your Site, with or without notice to LinkShare or, subject to the terms of Your engagement with the relevant Network Merchant, such Network Merchant, provided, however, that You remain subject to such engagement and this Agreement until you separately terminate such engagement or Agreement.
