Tools The parties agree that a necessary precondition for a productive an efficient workforce is to ensure that employees maintain and are where possible provided with an adequate kit of tools. In circumstances where the employees are required to supply their own tools and have them stolen, by no fault of their own, shall be compensated to a maximum of $1,000.00.
Devices BNY Mellon will restrict the transfer of Customer Data from its network to mass storage devices. BNY Mellon will use a mobile device management system or equivalent tool when mobile computing is used to provide the services. Applications on such authenticated devices will be housed within an encrypted container and BNY Mellon will maintain the ability to remote wipe the contents of the container.
Backorders 11.8.1 The CO must be notified in writing by the Contractor within 10 days of any and all backordered materials and/or any incomplete services; and the estimated delivery date.

System Logging The system must maintain an automated audit trail which can 20 identify the user or system process which initiates a request for PHI COUNTY discloses to 21 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY, 22 or which alters such PHI. The audit trail must be date and time stamped, must log both successful and 23 failed accesses, must be read only, and must be restricted to authorized users. If such PHI is stored in a 24 database, database logging functionality must be enabled. Audit trail data must be archived for at least 3 25 years after occurrence.
Images If applicable, the CONSULTANT is prohibited from capturing on any visual medium images of any property, logo, student, or employee of the DISTRICT, or any image that represents the DISTRICT without express written consent from the DISTRICT.
Vending Machines Seller shall remove all monies from all vending machines, laundry machines, pay telephones and other coin-operated equipment as of the Cut-Off Time and shall retain all monies collected therefrom as of the Cut-Off Time, and Purchaser shall be entitled to any monies collected therefrom after the Cut-Off Time.
