Discount Rates. 1.1 The discount rates applied to Comcast Phone purchases of BellSouth Telecommunications Services for the purpose of resale shall be as set forth in Exhibit E. Such discounts have been determined by the applicable Commission to reflect the costs avoided by BellSouth when selling a service for wholesale purposes.
1.2 The telecommunications services available for purchase by Comcast Phone for the purposes of resale to Comcast Phone’s End Users shall be available at BellSouth’s tariffed rates less the discount set forth in Exhibit E to this Agreement and subject to the exclusions and limitations set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement.
Discount Rates. The discount rates applied to <<customer_name>> purchases of BellSouth Telecommunications Services for the purpose of resale shall be as set forth in Exhibit A. Such discounts have been determined by the applicable Commission to reflect the costs avoided by BellSouth when selling a service for wholesale purposes.
Discount Rates. 1.1 The discounts rates applied to Image Access’s purchases of BellSouth Telecommunications Services for the purpose of resale shall be as set forth in Exhibit D. Such discounts have been determined by the applicable Commission to reflect the costs avoided by BellSouth when selling a service for wholesale purposes.
1.2 The Telecommunications Services available for purchase by Image Access for the purposes of resale to Image Access’s customers shall be available at BellSouth’s tariffed rates less the discount reflected in Exhibit D and subject to the exclusions and limitations in Exhibit A.
Discount Rates. The discount rate applied to the cash flows shall be determined to take into account the following factors:

1.2 The telecommunications services available for purchase by <<customer_name>> for the purposes of resale to <<customer_name>>’s End Users shall be available at BellSouth’s tariffed rates less the discount set forth in Exhibit E to this Agreement and subject to the exclusions and limitations set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement.
Discount Rates. 1.1 The discounts rates applied to Covad’s purchases of AT&T Telecommunications Services for the purpose of resale shall be as set forth in Exhibit D. Such discounts have been determined by the applicable Commission to reflect the costs avoided by AT&T when selling a service for wholesale purposes.
1.2 The telecommunications services available for purchase by Covad for the purposes of resale to Covad’s End Users shall be available at AT&T’s tariffed rates less the discount set forth in Exhibit D and subject to the exclusions and limitations set forth in Exhibit A.
Discount Rates. 1.1 The discounts rates applied to Esodus’s purchases of BellSouth Telecommunications Services for the purpose of resale shall be as set forth in Exhibit D. Such discounts have been determined by the applicable Commission to reflect the costs avoided by BellSouth when selling a service for wholesale purposes.
1.2 The telecommunications services available for purchase by Esodus for the purposes of resale to Esodus’s End Users shall be available at BellSouth’s tariffed rates less the discount set forth in Exhibit D and subject to the exclusions and limitations set forth in Exhibit A.
Discount Rates. 1.1 The discounts rates applied to OneTone’s purchases of BellSouth Telecommunications Services for the purpose of resale shall be as set forth in Exhibit D. Such discounts have been determined by the applicable Commission to reflect the costs avoided by BellSouth when selling a service for wholesale purposes.
1.2 The telecommunications services available for purchase by OneTone for the purposes of resale to OneTone’s End Users shall be available at BellSouth’s tariffed rates less the discount set forth in Exhibit D and subject to the exclusions and limitations set forth in Exhibit A.
Discount Rates. Seller may select LMIR, the LIBO Rate, or the Alternate Base Rate for each Purchaser Interest of any Purchaser. Seller shall by 12:00 noon (New York time) on the last Business Days of any Terminating Tranche, give the applicable Purchaser irrevocable notice of the new Discount Rate for the Purchaser Interest associated with such Terminating Tranche. Until Seller gives notice to the applicable Purchaser of another Discount Rate, the initial Discount Rate for any Purchaser Interest purchased by any Purchaser shall be LMIR.
Discount Rates. The rates pursuant by which Reseller is to purchase services from BellSouth for resale shall be at a discount rate off of the retail rate for the telecommunications service. The discount rates shall be as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Such discount shall reflect the costs avoided by BellSouth when selling a service for wholesale purposes.
