The Discount Reporting clause requires parties to document and communicate any discounts applied to transactions under the agreement. Discount Reporting. User acknowledges, represents, warrants and covenants that it shall disclose to each applicable payor, to the extent required by applicable law or contract, the net amount User paid for the applicable Services hereunder.
