Discounts, Promotions and Offers. If the Client benefitted from a special discount, promotion or any other special offer that resulted in a reduction of PEACHTREE OFFICES standard monthly Contract Charges, PEACHTREE OFFICES may discontinue that discount, promotion or offer without written notice if the Client at any time is in default of this Agreement. In that case, Client will begin paying monthly Contract Charges consistent with PEACHTREE OFFICES then standard monthly Contract Charges.
