Common use of Discretionary Cash Bonus Compensation Clause in Contracts

Discretionary Cash Bonus Compensation. During the Term, Executive will be eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus as may be determined by the Company, in its sole discretion. Such bonus is discretionary, and the Company, in its sole discretion, may determine not to pay any bonus to Executive. Such discretionary bonus may be linked to the achievement of performance objectives and financial milestones as may be established by the Company in its sole discretion from time to time during Executive’s employment. The Company, in its sole discretion, may adjust, modify or discontinue any discretionary bonus plan or program applicable to Executive from time to time during Executive’s employment.
