Discrimination Complaints. If a Classified Employee believes discrimination has occurred, the Classified Employee may file a complaint with the Department of Human Resource Management Office of Equal Employment Services, with the appropriate University office, or with the appropriate federal agencies. All Participating Covered Employees and applicants for employment after the Effective Date of the University’s initial Management Agreement with the Commonwealth shall file a complaint with the appropriate University office or with the appropriate federal agencies.
