Discussion of Other Matters. 5.9.1 Union representatives may meet with the Company at any reasonable time for the purpose of discussing informal complaints concerning working conditions, or problems not specifically covered by the provisions of this Agreement. The parties will strive toward solution of any such problems presented, but failure to reach agreement shall not, of itself, qualify the subject matter as a grievance.
