Discussion with Supervisor. (a) If an employee has a complaint, the employee shall discuss it with the immediate supervisor within ten (10) calendar days after the circumstances giving rise to the complaint have originated or occurred, or ought reasonably to have come to the attention of the employee. (b) The supervisor shall give her or his decision within ten (10) calendar days of the discussion.
