Disease Indications. For the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing license granted pursuant to Section 2.1.4 will be deemed granted on the Grant Date on a Commercial Option-by-Commercial Option and Licensed Indication-by-Licensed Indication basis, solely with respect to the Field associated with the Licensed Indication for which the specific Commercial Option was exercised under this Section 2.1. The Parties acknowledge that there may be different Grant Dates for each Licensed Indication, depending on when and if Licensee exercises a Commercial Option for a Licensed Indication.
