Disease Research Program. The disease research program will focus on the identification and validation of High Interest Targets that may be designated as Collaboration Targets (such program, the “Disease Research Program” and the plan for such program, the “Disease Research Plan”). The Disease Research Plan will include at a minimum, the items set forth on Schedule 1.2.2 and on approval by the JSC will be attached to the JSC minutes.
