Common use of DISH Wireless Prices Clause in Contracts

DISH Wireless Prices. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Charges that DISH Wireless bills Frontier for DISH Wireless's Services shall not exceed the Charges for Frontier's comparable Services, except to the extent that DISH Wireless’s cost to provide such DISH Wireless’s Services to Frontier exceeds the Charges for Frontier's comparable Services and DISH Wireless has demonstrated such cost to Frontier, or, at Frontier's request, to the Commission or the FCC.
