DISMISSAL AS A RESULT OF END OF EXTERNAL FINANCING. The employee with an indefinite-term contract, which is dependent on external financing as is evidenced from his letter of appointment or labour agreement, may be granted dismissal if that financing has come to a stop. The grounds for this dismissal are discontinuance of the function or redundancy without there being a reorganization. The accommodating policy and the Social Policy Framework are applicable.
