Dispatch and Minimum Quantity. The Purchaser may dispatch Additional Tolling Energy in accordance with the mechanisms for dispatching Peak Tolling Energy pursuant to the terms and conditions of this MOU. The Supplier agrees to provide and the Purchaser agrees to take Additional Tolling Energy strictly on an “as-available” basis. There is no minimum quantity of Additional Tolling Energy obligation on either Party. The Supplier agrees to notify the Purchaser at least 24 hours in advance of any given day the schedule of the hourly maximum capacity that is expected to be available for the Purchaser to dispatch for the purposes of Additional Tolling Energy.

  • MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY The State makes no commitment to purchase any minimum or maximum quantity, or dollar volume of products from the selected suppliers. Utilization of this agreement will be on an as needed basis by State Agencies and/or Cooperative Participants, Cities, Counties, Schools K-12, Colleges and Universities. The State will award to multiple suppliers; however, the State reserves the right to purchase like and similar products from other suppliers as necessary to meet operational requirements. Note: Issuance of an award does not guarantee an order.

  • Contract Year A twelve (12) month period during the term of the Agreement commencing on the Effective Date and each anniversary thereof.

  • ESTIMATED QUANTITIES 1.1 The quantities set forth in the line items and specification document are approximate and represent the estimated requirements for the contract period.

  • Shipments The Vendor shall ship, deliver or provide ordered products or services within a commercially reasonable time after the receipt of the order from the TIPS Member. If a delay in said delivery is anticipated, the Vendor shall notify TIPS Member as to why delivery is delayed and shall provide an estimated time for completion of the order. TIPS or the requesting entity may cancel the order if estimated delivery time is not acceptable or not as agreed by the parties.

  • GMP The parties agree that the GMP for the Project is $ , consisting of the Preconstruction Fee, the Estimated Cost of the Work and the CM/GC Fee (stated as a fixed dollar lump sum amount), as follows: Preconstruction Fee: $ Estimated Cost of Work (Est.   • Shipment Dell will ship the APEX System to the Site when included as part of the APEX Service. The terms and process for shipment and delivery of the APEX System will be stated in the applicable Service Offering Description.
