Displacement, Relocation, Acquisition and Replacement of Housing. The Subrecipient shall comply with the requirements relating to displacement, relocation, acquisition and replacement of housing (24 CFR Part 570.606). Displacement of persons (families, individuals, businesses, non-profit organizations and farms) as a result of activities assisted with CDBG funds is generally discouraged.
