Display of PAYMARK Logo. 6.3.1 The Merchant will clearly display the Merchant Help Desk number and the PAYMARK logo, in the form previously notified to the Merchant by PAYMARK, on any PINpad or terminal device that is used at the Premises to effect Point of Sale Transactions.
