Display Space. Spaces will be marked as leased and lessee’s display is to remain within the square footage that was leased. Electricity is provided however, lessee is responsible for extension cord(s), additional lighting, table(s), chairs and any other material needed to complete the display. Displays can contain a backdrop as well as side partitions. The side partitions cannot exceed 4’ tall.

Display Space. May be limited to 4ft by 8ft surface space (wall or table). We reserve the right to offer more space depending on the number of artists and available space.
Display Space o Members are entitled to display space equivalent to the average-sized space of other members (approximately 5ft wide). However, display size varies with location and the current number of ASG members. Gallery Coordinator will advise. o The size, number of pieces, and overall look of an artist’s work should be appropriate to location. o Artist spaces are often vacated or rotated. To promote fairness, the assignment of spaces is based on several factors such as: seniority, performance, appropriateness of artwork to a given space, overall gallery appearance, and ASG members' agreement. o No member may alter another artist's display without prior consent of that artist. MEETINGS AND EVENTS: o Members are strongly encouraged to attend the monthly ASG General Meetings/Mixer—scheduled the first Monday of each month, 6:30pm, at the gallery. If you have suggestions or concerns, please submit to the “suggestion box” so that your suggestions or concerns will be addressed. You can also email the Board with your suggestions or concerns. o The Alberta Street Gallery is long-time participant in Alberta Street's Monthly “Last Thursday.” Members are encouraged to send out invitations, attend, and meet viewers of their work. REGISTER PROCEDURES: o Each artist is responsible for the register money during their shift. Therefore, you must balance the money in the register at the beginning AND end of your shift. o If the register is short, for any reason, the artist on duty is required to pay that amount by the end of the week. Unpaid monies may be deducted from the artist's sales commission. DEPARTURE: o You agree to give a minimum of 30 days’ notice before taking down your artwork and leaving ASG. If an artist leaves without notice, they may forfeit any remaining sales commission. o Membership dues for your last month may be refunded at the discretion of ASG. Application and Administrative fees are non-refundable. o Once you leave ASG, if you do not collect your art and personal items within 30 days, the abandoned art and items will become the property of ASG and unclaimed or un-cashed commission checks become void. o If a member resigns from ASG they no longer have any right to participate in decision-making or claim possession of ASG assets.   • Licensed Premises It is mutually agreed that upon the implementation of any changes in the Liquor Control Board Regulations governing licensed premises and if problems arise as a result of these changes, the Union and Employer will attempt to negotiate an agreement.

  • Storage Space Effective as of the Second Floor Commencement Date, Landlord hereby leases to Tenant certain additional space containing approximately 1,000 rentable square feet in such areas as more particularly designated on Schedule X- 0 xxxxxxxx hereto. In addition, Landlord hereby grants to Tenant the right to lease certain additional storage space in such areas of the Project as are designated for storage by Landlord on a first-come, first-served basis (the initial storage space and additional storage space leased to Tenant by Landlord, if any, are collectively the "Storage Space"). Tenant may exercise its option to lease additional Storage Space from time to time throughout the term of the Lease by giving written notice to Landlord of its desire to lease the same, which notice shall be conditioned upon the availability of the desired space. Tenant shall pay Landlord an annual rental for the Storage Space (the "Storage Rent") equal to $10.25 per rentable square foot of GLA of the Storage Space, adjusted annually at the rate of 2 1/2% per annum. The Lease Years for Storage Space shall be concurrent with the Lease Years for the Premises. No janitorial or trash removal services shall be provided to the Storage Space. No other charges shall be applied, as Additional Rent or otherwise, to the Storage Space, except for charges incurred by Landlord in enforcing its rights relating to the Storage Space under this Lease, in accordance with the terms of this Lease. The Tenant shall have the option, exercisable at any time during the Term, to cancel its lease of the Storage Space, upon thirty (30) days' prior written notice to the Landlord. Except as provided in this Section 2.1(b), the terms and conditions of Tenant's occupancy of the Storage Space shall be as set forth in this Lease. The Storage Space shall be leased in its absolute "AS IS" condition. There shall also be no core factor for the Storage Space (i.e., the usable areas shall be equal to the rentable area).

  • Space Bearing in mind the respective competences of the Community, its Member States and the European Space Agency the Parties shall promote, where appropriate, long term co-operation in the areas of civil space research, development and commercial applications.   • Office Space Each employee shall be provided with office space which may be on a shared basis. The parties recognize the desirability of providing each employee with enclosed office space with a door lock, office equipment commensurate with assigned responsibilities, and ready access to a telephone. Each employee shall, consistent with building security, have reasonable access to the employee's office space and laboratories, studios, music rooms, and the like used in connection with assigned responsibilities; this provision may require that campus security provide access on an individual basis. Before an employee's office location is changed, or before there is a substantial alteration to an employee's office to a degree that impedes the employee's work effectiveness, the affected employee shall be notified, if practicable, at least one (1) month prior to such change.

  • Work Space Adjunct faculty shall be provided with the opportunity to utilize general common area office space on each campus in order to meet students and to prepare and store instructional materials. As individual colleges and continuing education campuses expand and renovate existing facilities, they shall include adjunct faculty work areas in the formulation of their space allocation plans. Such work areas shall include at a minimum: a work station or table, a chair, a visitor’s chair, nearby access to a phone, nearby access to a computer with internet and District network access, nearby access to a printer, and campus access to a scanner. Individual colleges shall consider adjunct faculty work areas in the formulation of their space allocation plans.

  • Vacating Premises (i) If the Assuming Bank elects not to purchase any owned Bank Premises, the notice of such election in accordance with Section 4.6(a) shall specify the date upon which the Assuming Bank's occupancy of such premises shall terminate, which date shall not be later than ninety (90) days after the date of the Assuming Bank's notice not to exercise such option. The Assuming Bank promptly shall relinquish and release to the Receiver such premises and the Furniture and Equipment and Fixtures located thereon in the same condition as at Bank Closing, normal wear and tear excepted. By occupying any such premises after the expiration of such ninety (90)-day period, the Assuming Bank shall, at the Receiver's option, (x) be deemed to have agreed to purchase such Bank Premises, and to assume all leases, obligations and liabilities with respect to leased Furniture and Equipment and leased Fixtures located thereon and any ground lease with respect to the land on which such premises are located, and (y) be required to purchase all Furniture and Equipment and Fixtures owned by the Failed Bank and located on such premises as of Bank Closing.

  • Leased Premises Lessor hereby leases to Lessee, and Lessee leases and takes from Lessor, the Leased Premises subject to the conditions of this Lease.
