Common use of Disposal of Additional Litter and Debris Clause in Contracts

Disposal of Additional Litter and Debris. All Additional litter and debris that have been accumulated and picked up shall be placed in trash bags and removed from retention areas and right-of-ways at the end of each working day by the Contractor. Disposal of litter and debris shall be made in accordance with local and state laws and any cost incurred for disposal shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. Storage or stockpiling of litter or debris on the retention areas or right- of-ways shall not be permitted. With each invoice submittal the Contractor shall provide the landfill receipts where the Contractor disposed all additional litter or debris.
