Upon completion of the required testing, the MATERIALS are kept normally for a maximum of seven (7) days and thereafter discarded in accordance with the RECIPIENT'S standard operating procedures. Upon the effective date of termination, the RECIPIENT shall discontinue its use of the MATERIALS and shall return or destroy any remaining MATERIALS.
