Disposal of Papers. 8.1 As mentioned previously, it is not the intention of this agreement that information will be produced in a hard format. If information is printed off an electronic system, it will be the partners’ responsibility to dispose of the information in an appropriate secure manner (i.e. shredding, through a ‘RESTRICTED’ waste system) once it is no longer needed; and record the fact that the hard copy has been destroyed.
