DISPOSAL OF PETROLEUM. 8.1 Without prejudice to the right of THE PRESIDENT to take and receive royalty in cash or in kind and subject to the right of the Operator to use Petroleum for Joint Operations, each Working Interest Owner shall own and have the right to take in kind and separately dispose of, its Working Interest share of Petroleum won and saved after payment of royalty, and shall own the Petroleum so taken.
