Disposal of Work Product. Before disposing of any Work Product materials provided to Xxxxxxxx, Vendor shall provide Xxxxxxxx with a ten (10) Calendar Day written notice indicating it has Work Product materials, to give Xxxxxxxx a reasonable opportunity to take physical possession of Work Product materials.
