Common use of Disposal Proceeds Clause in Contracts

Disposal Proceeds. If any Disposal Proceeds are required to be applied in mandatory prepayment of the Credit Facility Liabilities or the Pari Passu Debt Liabilities, or required to be deposited into a segregated bank account under the Debt Documents, then those Disposal Proceeds shall be applied or deposited in accordance with the Debt Documents and the consent of any other Party shall not be required for that application.
