DISPOSAL / SALE OF CARD ACCOUNT. (a) The Cardmember hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Bank may at its absolute discretion assign transfer, sell and/or vest the Cardmember’s Card Account or part thereof to such other institution, corporation, or statutory bodies as may be approved by Bank Negara Malaysia and/or set up under any Act or legislation of Malaysia (hereinafter referred to as “the Card Account Purchaser”) and towards this purpose the Cardmember hereby unconditionally and irrevocably consents to the disclosure of all information relating to the Cardmember and the Cardmember’s Card Account necessary to facilitate the assignment transfer, sale and/or vesting of the Card Account to the Card Account Purchaser as the Bank deem fit and necessary. DISPOSAL / SALE OF CARD ACCOUNT. 18.1 The Cardmember hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Bank may at its absolute discretion assign and at the cost of the Cardmember transfer and/or sell the Cardmember’s Card Account or part thereof to such other institution, corporation, or statutory bodies as may be approved by Bank Negara Malaysia and/or set up under any Acts or statutory legislation of Malaysia (hereinafter referred to as “the Card Account Purchaser”) and towards this purpose the Cardmember hereby unconditionally and irrevocably consents to the assignment transfer and/or sale of the Cardmember’s Card Account to the Card Account Purchaser the Bank deem fit.

  • Suspension of card account Notwithstanding and without prejudice to the other provisions of this agreement, we are entitled at any time in our absolute discretion from a risk management perspective and if required by the relevant authority or under any Law or Regulation, without notice to you and without giving any reason, suspend your right to use the card entirely or in respect of specified facilities.

  • TERMINATION OF CARD ACCOUNT 10.1 Your option to terminate You may terminate your card account if you:-

  • Client Account 4.1 In order to facilitate trading in CFDs, the Company will open a Client Account for the Client, which will be activated upon the Client depositing the minimum initial deposit as determined by the Company in its discretion from time to time. The minimum initial deposit may vary according to the account type of the Client Account. This information is made available on our Website.

  • Credit Card Payments If You pay for the APEX Service using a credit card (to the extent available), then: (a) You authorize Dell to periodically charge Your credit card for the APEX Service fees; (b) You will be subject to any additional terms presented to You by the third-party credit card payment processor (which will be the merchant of record for that transaction); and (c) You are responsible for keeping Your credit card information up to date. You agree that Dell may request that Your credit card payment issuer pre-authorize and hold an amount equal to the next recurring fee (or an estimate if the fee is variable) for the APEX Service in advance of its due date.

  • Account Alerts The Account Alerts service is a tool for managing accounts. By enrolling for Account Alerts, you expressly consent to the Credit Union communicating with you by email or text with contact information you have provided. Account Alerts should not be relied upon solely for account information. While the Credit Union makes every effort to ensure alerts are delivered as expected, there are conditions that may make the alerts unreliable such as, but not limited to: spam filters, relay detectors, inaccurate or obsolete email addresses, network or system failures, etc. The Credit Union recommends that the service be tested prior to regular use to identify any limiting conditions that may be present. The Credit Union does not guarantee the delivery of any account alert.

  • Accounts Excluded from Financial Accounts The following accounts are excluded from the definition of Financial Accounts and therefore shall not be treated as U.S. Reportable Accounts.

  • Collection of card When your application is approved by us, we may send you the card, and a renewal or replacement thereof, by ordinary post to the address we have on record for you. In the event you fail to receive the card and unauthorized transactions occur on the card account, you will not be liable for the balances arising therefrom provided you have not acted fraudulently or negligently. We are not liable to you for any loss or damage which you may suffer if you fail to receive the card.

  • Client Accounts 17.1 It is agreed and understood that the types of the different Client Accounts offered by the Company and the characteristics of such Client Accounts are found on the Website and are subject to change at the Company’s discretion and according to paragraph 43 hereunder.

  • Change of card account number (a) We may at your request or at any time without incurring any liability or giving any reason, and upon giving you notice, change your card account number; and issue a replacement card; and transfer the total outstanding balance and all credits (if any) from your original card account to the new card account. After we have given you such notice, you must immediately return to us the card cut in half.

  • Business Accounts If you are a business, any authorized user of your business is authorized on such terms, conditions, and agreements as we may require to: • enter into this Agreement, as amended from time to time; • access each account of yours in any manner and for any purpose available through the Service, whether now available or available at some time in the future; and • use any Online banking service in any manner and for any purpose available through the Service, whether now available or available at some time in the future.
