Common use of Disposition of Abandoned Property Clause in Contracts

Disposition of Abandoned Property. If Xxxxxx abandons or quits the Premises or is dispossessed thereof by process of law or otherwise, title to any personal property left on the Premises for sixty (60) or more days after such event shall, at Lessor's option, be deemed to have been abandoned and transferred to Lessor. Lessor shall have the right to remove and dispose of any and all such property without liability therefor to Lessee or to any person or entity claiming under Lessee, and Lessor shall have no duty to account for such property.
