Covered Property. We cover personal property owned or used by an "insured" while it is anywhere in the world. After a loss and at your request, we will cover personal property owned by:
a. Others while the property is on the part of the "residence premises" occupied by an "insured"; or
b. A guest or a "residence employee", while the property is in any residence occupied by an "insured".
Covered Property. We cover personal property, usual to the occu- pancy as a dwelling and owned or used by you or members of your family residing with you while it is on the Described Location. After a loss and at your request, we will cover personal property owned by a guest or servant while the property is on the Described Location.
Covered Property. We cover your personal property or the personal property of others for which you may be liable or have assumed liability prior to a loss while in storage within the enclosed storage unit or space described in the “rental agreement”.
Covered Property. Such insurance will cover:
i. Improvements and any equipment made or to be made a permanent part of the Property;
ii. structure(s) under construction;
iii. property including materials and supplies on site for installation;
iv. property including materials and supplies at other locations but intended for use at the site;
v. property including materials and supplies in transit to the site for installation; and
vi. temporary structures (e.g., scaffolding, falsework, and temporary buildings) located at the site.
Covered Property. The interest of the covered entity in all buildings and structures listed in Item 3 of the Information Pages and in all contents and personal property owned, used or intended for use by the covered entity, on a given site or in the open within 500 feet thereof, owned by the covered entity or in which the covered entity has an insurable interest or which the covered entity is under obligation to insure, and includes:
1. Improvements and betterments introduced by the covered entity to buildings not owned by the covered entity. In the event of loss or damage, the covered entity shall be treated as sole and unconditional owner of improvements and betterments, notwithstanding any agreement or lease to the contrary.
Covered Property. We cover personal property owned or used by an "insured" while on the "residence premises". After a loss and at your request, we will cover personal property owned by others while the property is on the part of the "residence prem- ises" occupied by an "insured".
Covered Property. The interest of the covered entity in all buildings and structures listed in Item 3 of the Information Pages and in all contents and personal property owned, used or intended for use by the covered entity, on a given site or in the open within 500 feet thereof, owned by the covered entity or in which the covered entity has an insurable interest or which the covered entity is under obligation to insure, and includes:
1. Improvements and betterments introduced by the covered entity to buildings not owned by the covered entity. In the event of loss or damage, the covered entity shall be treated as sole and unconditional owner of improvements and betterments, notwithstanding any agreement or lease to the contrary.
2. Trailers, riding mowers, towed equipment, golf carts and vehicles not licensed for travel on public roads, when such items are included in the “Contents Value” of the location where they are most often used or stored. Loss will be settled on an actual cash value basis.
3. All supplies, tools, and permanent fixtures pertaining to the services of the building.
Covered Property. Such insurance will cover all Improvements and any equipment made or to be made a permanent part of the Property.
Covered Property. This bond shall apply to loss of Property (a) owned by the Insured, (b) held by the Insured in any capacity, or (c) owned and held by someone else under circumstances which make the Insured responsible for the Property prior to the occurrence of the loss. This bond shall be for the sole use and benefit of the Insured named in the Declarations.
Covered Property. Covered Property, as used in this Extension, means any property that:
A. The state owns; or
B. Is in the state’s’ care, custody or control and for which they are legally liable
