Disposition of Defective Boeing Products Beyond Economical Repair. 7.4.1 A defective Boeing Product found to be beyond economical repair (see Para. 4.5 Maximum Reimbursement) will be retained for a period of 60 days from the date Boeing receives Customer's claim. During the 60 day period, Boeing may request return of such Boeing Products for inspection and confirmation of a defect.
